Marine Wharf Hotel is a dual-branded 411 hotel room project with 245 Hampton Inn transient type rooms and 166 Extended Stay Homewood Suites. The ground floor lobbies, cafés and rooftop restaurants with outdoor dining areas add to the lively, sociable atmosphere along this recognized area of Boston’s working waterfront.

We worked with the developer, Harbinger Development to build development pitch that focused key messages about the project’s benefit to the City’s hospitality industry along the Seaport area. Along with a print brochure and a micro website design, we produced a unique video experience to lead the development pitch to the City, which was extremely well received and helped expedite the approval process.
